Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cet hôtel, l'emplacement est super à proximité de la gare et du centre historique de Florence. Les chambres sont d'une grandeur correct avec du rangement, à Florence nous ne vivons pas dans la chambre, elles sont nettoyées tous les jours et le linge est changé tous les jours, la salle de bain a une douche italienne. Le petit déjeuner est complet avec du sucré et du salé, et une salade de fruits frais. Le personnel est à l'écoute et en plus certains parlent français. Si vous venez à Florence, n'hésitez pas à réserver à l'Hotel Alba Palace, vous ne serez pas déçu.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Magnifique chambre pour 4 peronnes et belle salle de petit déjeuner dans la cour intérieure. Personnel sympathique, grand choix au petit déjeuner, tout était très bien, nous recommandons l'hôtel Alba Palace.

Bon rapport qualité-prix. Le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon, le café aussi. Chambres propres et confortables. Plusieurs bon restaurants à proximité qui nous ont été recommandés par la réception. Bonne situation géographique.

We highly recommend the Hotel Alba Palace. It is a short walk from the train station and also the attractions. Our room had a nice terrace that we enjoyed. The breakfast offered here cannot be beat - it was fabulous! It included eggs, meat, fruit, muffins, pastries, coffee, juice, vegetables and more. It was the best breakfast we ever had at a hotel.. and it is included in the price of the room. This place is a real find.

I could not have been more pleased with my stay, and I will definitely stay at the Alba Palace when I return to Florence. The hotel is comfortable and handsomely decorated; the location near Santa Maria Novella (church and train station) extremely convenient; the breakfast is hearty and delicious; and my room was comfortable and quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, both for the quality and the price.

Alba Palace hotel is placed in a good location close to the station (5 minutes walk) and within walking distance to the main sights. Our triple room was very comfortable , air conditionned and quiet. Breakfast was pleasnt as well.

Stay here! A beautiful hotel with welcoming staff, the best breakfast we had throughout Italy, 5 minute straightforward walk to train station and easy access to all the sights. We had room 001, a two level bedroom with a private balcony, perfect for families. We were celebrating a special event and found a bottle of Chianti in our room upon arrival. Nice touch!

Posizione ottima. Ubicato vicinissimo alla stazione di S. Maria Novella e molto comodo per visitare le bellezze della città. Piccola ma confortevole la camera con Tv e Play Station. Ottima la pulizia. Eccellente la colazione con ampia scelta dolce e salata. Molto gentile e disponibile lo Staff. Grazie mille!! Valentina Padovan

Very good location easy access to train station and major attractions. Clean rooms and very good breakfast. will stay here again if get the chance.

Nice hotel, the room for 4 was very good, my children liked very much. Good breakfast. The water, tea and some cookies available in the entry room is a very nice idea.

Thank you for being so accommodating. We had to change our reservation and had no issues. verena was so helpful, and then we had to change them back!This is our second trip to Florence and our second stay at Alba Palace. Love the hotel, simple perfect breakfast, and the best location. Easy to get to the bus and train for day trips and an easy stroll to the center of Florence. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay here,hotel spotless,soft fluffy towels,pillow cases changed regularly,breackfast very good lots of choice,plenty of room nice tables,free tea& coffee and cake in lounge all day.nice staff everywhere,would definitely come back.
